Reflecting on a Successful NBAA-BACE 2025 in Las Vegas

Last month’s NBAA-BACE 2025 in Las Vegas once again proved why it remains the premier event in business aviation. From meaningful networking to forward-looking safety discussions, this year’s convention delivered tremendous value for the Connecticut business aviation community.

One of the highlights was reconnecting with fellow Connecticut Business Aviation professionals who made the trip to Las Vegas. The event provided an ideal setting to strengthen relationships, share insights from across the state, and discuss the continued growth of business aviation in Connecticut. These conversations underscored the momentum within our local industry and the collective commitment to advancing opportunities for operators, service providers, and aviation professionals alike.

The National Safety Forum served as another key takeaway from the week. The sessions offered deep, actionable discussions on emerging risks, evolving best practices, and new technologies shaping the safety landscape. Bringing these insights back home is essential as we continue working to elevate safety culture across Connecticut’s flight departments, FBOs, maintenance operations, and training organizations.

Equally important was the opportunity to connect with peers from across the country and share what’s happening in our state. Whether discussing infrastructure improvements, workforce development efforts, or the expanding ecosystem of aviation businesses in Connecticut, it was inspiring to see strong interest in the progress being made here.

NBAA-BACE 2025 was not only a celebration of innovation and leadership in business aviation—it was a platform to highlight Connecticut’s role within that national conversation. We look forward to carrying this momentum into the year ahead and continuing to champion the growth and excellence of business aviation across our state.
